Mailing Lists and News Groups: Java has its own news group (comp.lang.java) and some mailing lists for specialized topics.
Speaker Requests, Inquiries from Book Publishers, and from the Press: Send mail to java@java.sun.com. They will direct your mail appropriately.
Inquiries About Licensing and Copyright: See our Licensing FAQ.
Meet the People/Join the Team: A picture of the current Java Team. Your face could be here! Check out our Recruiting Page. Here's a list of people on the Java team who have created personal external home pages.
Technical Support: If you can't find your answer in the news group, the mailing lists or our website, write to our developer support team at java@java.sun.com. Use them judiciously and we may be able to maintain our high level of technical support.
Java Programming Courses: Sun offers Java training for customers and the general public.
Bugs and Feature Requests: If you have a bug or feature request, please check to see if it has already been reported on our Known Bugs and Frequently Requested Features list. If it is something new, please see Submit A Bug Report instructions.
