The Preliminary Program of the 38th AEWG Meeting and Primer now has the abstracts on-line.

April 4, 1995:
Added the Space Environments and Effects Archive System and the Long Duration Exposure Facility (LDEF) Archive System to the home page.

March 29, 1995:
A home page for the AIAA - American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Note that this server is set up at Stanford. The domain aiaa.org exists, but they appear to not be serving World Wide Web information (e.g., www.aiaa.org does not exist). If this changes, I will update the pointers.

March 23, 1995:

Finally! There are Directions to Langley available from the LaRC home page. Unfortunately, there is still not a good copy of a map.

February 6, 1995:
Yahoo, a WWW hierarchical list from Stanford, has been added to the Searching the World Wide Web page. Yahoo is a good resource.

February 2, 1995:
The Amateur Satellite Observers (ASO) has some preliminary information available. The Point-of-Contact is Jim Byrd, who will be forthcoming with more information in the future.

February 1, 1995:
A Facilities home page is now on the LaRC home page. This page lists the major research wind tunnels and other facilities at Langley.

January 31, 1995:
A home page for the Technician Communications Terminal (TCT) project is available. The purpose of this project is to provide electronic communication for all of LaRC's workforce.

January 27, 1995:
The Langley Software Server (LSS) has been added to the LaRC home page. LSS is an experimental service extending the model defined with the Langley Technical Report Server that allows for the distribution of selected experimental software codes. Contact Dan Sydow for information about adding software to LSS.

January 10, 1995:

January 9, 1995:

Developed and operated at Christopher Newport University, SEVAnet represents the efforts of a consortium of representatives from: NASA Langley Research Center, The Peninsula Advanced Technology Center, The Virginia Aerospace Business Roundtable, the Hampton Roads Planning District, and others.

Malin Space Science Systems, Inc. is on-line. That makes two aerospace companies known to have WWW servers (I am unsure of who was ``first'', I've posted them as I've discovered them.)

The httpd server on www.larc.nasa.gov was upgraded to version 1.1.

McDonnell Douglas Aerospace - Houston is now on-line. I believe this is the first aerospace company with a World Wide Web server.

Added the Technology Experts Locator Service (TELS) to the LaRC home page. TELS is a general technology transfer service, and contains pointers to other technology transfer services, including: the Mid-Continent Technology Transfer Center (which TELS replaces on the LaRC home page), and the NASA Commercial Technology Network.
