Dr. Klaus Mangold

In today's meeting, the supervisory board of Daimler-Benz AG named Dr. Klaus Mangold to the position of ordinary member of the board of management, effective April 1, 1995. On May 25, 1995, he will succeed Dr. Manfred Gentz as chairman of the board of management of Daimler-Benz InterServices (debis). At the conclusion of the Daimler-Benz AG general shareholders' meeting on May 24, 1995, Dr. Gentz will take charge of the finance and personnel department of the board of management.
