Heating/ventilation with five position radial fan and defroster setting; residual heat switch; dust filter; electronic internal temperature control; heating seperately adjustable, left and right. Opional: air conditioning or automatic temperature control; electric seat heating (standard in the SL 600); auxiliary heating. Roof and rear window in laminated safety glass; side windows in single pane safety glass; electric windows automatically close when the car is locked from the outside; eccentric-sweep panoramic windscreen wiper, with automatic speed adjustment at lower engine speeds and an electrically heated screen wash system. Optional: all windows with tinted glass (standard in the SL 600).
