Cabriolet roll-over protection

In order to preserve the clean cabriolet lines, we decided against a static roll-over bar. Naturally this is no way prejudices your safety. The windscreen frame provides roll-over protection at the front, while at the rear we have fitted a retractable roll-over bar with integrated head restraints. In an emergency, this feature is raised automatically in fractions of a second and assumes the function of a fully-fledged roll-over bar. When the rear seats are not occupied, it can be recessed, to be raised again at the touch of a button whenever required for the rear passengers.
