Laboratory Research

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory consists of a network of multidisciplinary research and development organizations focusing on three broad areas of research: To perform these missions the Laboratory has assembled teams of researchers from all scientific and engineering disciplines who work together on common programmatic and technological areas. To enhance collaboration with the University of California, the broader scientific community, and within the Laboratory's disciplines and programs, the Laboratory organized a large number of Institutes, Centers, and Consortia. These teams produce a variety of publications in formats that range from formal, scholarly papers and polished multimedia productions to informal fact sheets.
