RFC Archives: A collection of the RFCs, the defining standards of the Internet. These are often extremely technical, but often canonical.
InterNIC: InterNIC is an organization responsible for the general admistration of the Internet. Currently points to the InterNIC's Information Services, Directory and Database Services, and Registration Services Gopher servers.
