Previous mission: STS-67 Endeavour, landed Saturday March 18, 1995, 1:47PM PST at Edwards AFB, ASTRO-2 ulraviolet telescope made many amazing discoveries, SAREX: Shuttle Amateur Radio Experiment gave schools access to the shuttle (Mar 2-18)
Note: STS-70 Discovery's launch with the TDRS-G communications satellite, originally scheduled for June 8, has been delayed until August because woodpeckers damaged the insulation on the external fuel tank while Discovery was being prepared at the launch pad.
Next mission: STS-71 Atlantis, (June 22-July 1)
