around for over four years (a lifetime in the Internet world), we previously
operated within a research and development consortium. With our recent
acquisition by SunRiver Corporation,
we are busily making the transition to
a full-fledged business. We are ramping up fast by
adding people and
resources. We expect our four years of R&D work, coupled with the
funding of a successful parent company, to make our vision a reality--to be
the best choice in products, services, and consulting for true electronic
commerce.
