Zacks service costs $14.95 per month.
Subscriptions expire at the end of the month. Your first bill will be proportional to the number of days remaining in this month. You will be automatically billed for the next month if you do not cancel before the end of this month.

This Agreement gives you, the Subscriber, certain benefits, rights, and obligations. Carefully read the following terms and conditions:

The information in the Service is for Subscriber's internal use only. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all proprietary rights in the information received shall remain the property of either Zacks, Quote.Com, or its providers of information. Reproduction, redistribution and retransmission of any information in the Service is strictly prohibited, except with written permission. Subscriber is stritcly prohibit from inputting or mounting any information in the Service into any electronic or computerized storage or transmission facility. Subscriber further agrees not to use or permit anyone to use the information provided through the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

NEITHER ZACKS, QUOTECOM, NOR ANY PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF SUCH INFORMATION, AND MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. Quote.Com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time as it relates to the Service in the event Quote.Com determines to discontinue offering the Service generally to subscribers or if Quote.Com's agreement with a provider of information distributed through the Service is terminated in accordance with its provisions.
