The Speakeasy Cafe is located in the Belltown district of Seattle. Since our opening in June of 1995 (in the planning since March 1994) we have grown to over 800 members (Email, Full Internet Access Accounts). Memberships include a speakeasy Email address, RAIN access and reduced rates to selected events at Speakeasy. We offer a menu consisting of general cafe fare: interesting light meals, coffees, pastries, beer and wine. The cafe space is over 5000 sq. feet of couches, tables, stools, computers with high-speed net access and desktop publishing software, The BackRoom Lounge (a large space featuring music, theatre, films and performance art) and The Speakeasy Network Offices.

There is a secure area which serves as our Community Co-location Center where we offer a place for individuals and organizations a place to house their computers with direct access to our dedicated T1 (1.55MB/Sec) at Community prices. We call this our Belltown Computer Patch, after The Belltown P-Patch a gardening co-op in our neighborhood.
