Microsoft solution providers then focus on providing on-site multi-vendor system integration and support, within their particular areas of expertise, in order to provide you with a complete solution.

Microsoft Certified Professionals and Product Training
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) qualifications clearly demonstrate skills in current Microsoft products and technologies. All Microsoft Solution Providers are required to have Microsoft Certified Professionals on staff. You can also use the MCP program to increase the skills of the computer professionals in your own IT department.

Training your end users and computer professionals is an essential ingredient in the success of your business systems. Through our Microsoft Solution Providers we offer training on all Microsoft products and technologies At our Microsoft Authorised Training Centres, our Microsoft Certified Trainers provide a wide range of courses for all levels of end users.

Microsoft Support Options
Microsoft has also continued to make significant investments in our business support infrastructure over the past 5 years. Our Product Support Services fully back Microsoft products with detailed technical information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, technical phone support, and hot-fixes for critical support issues with Microsoft products. We understand however, that providing excellent support for our products may not be enough. Many companies require support for tasks such as network installations, developing turnkey solutions and for support of multi-vendor business applications. So a number of our Microsoft Solution Providers are Authorised Support Centres (ASCs) who provide multi-vendor support services to our customers.

Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS)
MCS work with enterprise customers and solution providers to design and build client-server solutions that fully leverage Microsoft technology. MCS also transfers its knowledge and expertise to our Microsoft Solution providers, as required.
