Getting Technical Support for Explore OnNet

If you require additional information about Explore OnNet, FTP Software, Inc. Technical Support provides outstanding technical support services to its customers. These services consist of telephone support, fax, e-mail, and on-line technical information.

Choose the communication method that is the most effective for you. FTP Software Technical Support is open between 8 A.M. and 8 P.M. (Eastern time) Monday through Friday.

Telephone Support.
Call Technical Support for problems that you encounter with Explore OnNet. For the first 30 days after you purchase Explore OnNet, telephone technical support is available to you at no charge by dialing 800-387-0551 in the U.S.

After the first 30 days, the fee for telephone support is $50.00 per call. You can dial 900-555-4FTP, and the $50.00 fee will appear on your telephone statement. You can also dial 800-387-0551, and charge the call to your Master Card, Visa, or American Express card; please have your credit card number available to you when you place the call.

Fax and E-mail Support
Use the free fax and e-mail services for your Explore OnNet questions. These services let you send any relevant technical information along with your request.

OnLine Services

FTP Software, Inc. also provides on-line support services designed to supply you with immediate information access or the ability to search for topics of interest at your convenience. This information is obtained from the knowledge and experience of the FTP Software, Inc. technical staff.

If you use Reference Desk, you can connect to the Technical Support anonymous ftp site by choosing Anonymous FTP@ftp.com from the Beyond Books menu.

Bulletin Board System: Dial (508) 659-6240, Settings:N,8,1; Speed:300-19,200 baud with MNP

If you use Reference Desk, you can connect to the online bulletin board system automatically by choosing FTP Bulletin Board (Modem) from the Beyond Books Menu. Your PC cannot be connected to your Internet service provider when you use this option.
