Help On NCSA Mosaic Navigate Menu
The NCSA Mosaic Navigate menu
looks like this:
- Back
- Move back one document in this Document View
window's history list.
This action
is only possible if a previous document exists at the current
position; otherwise, the option will be insensitive.
- Forward
- Move forward one document in this Document View window's
history list.
This action is only possible if a subsequent document exists at
the current position; otherwise, the option will be insensitive.
- Open...
- This is the same as the corresponding File menu entry.
- Open Local...
- This is the same as the
corresponding
File menu entry.
- Home Document
- Move to the home document. (This is the document that NCSA Mosaic
accesses when it first starts up.)
- Window History...
- Pop up a dialog box containing the history of the Document View
window. (The dialog box looks like
this.) The document
currently being viewed in the Document View
window is always highlighted; any of the documents in the list
can be double-clicked with the left mouse button to cause that
document to be viewed. All cross-references in the current
document are also available in a scrolled list; they can be
accessed similarly.
- Clear Global History...
- This menu entry allows you to clear out Mosaic's history of where
it's been in this session and in past sessions.
- Hotlist...
- See help on hotlists.
- Add Document To Hotlist
- See help on hotlists.
