Born in New York, NY, BROOKE ADAMS (Elizabeth) attended the High School of Performing Arts, as well as the School of American Ballet. She made her professional stage debut at the tender age of six in "Finian's Rainbow," and worked steadily in summer stock and on TV until age 18.
Her adult movie career took off when she starred opposite Richard Gere and Sam Shepard in Terence Malick's critically-acclaimed "Days of Heaven." Her subsequent feature film credits include Allison Anders' lauded full-length feature "Gas, Food, Lodging," and David Cronenberg's "The Dead Zone," as well as "The Fire this Time," "The Unborn," "Man on Fire," "Key Exchange," "Almost You," "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" and "Shock Waves."
On TV, Adams appeared in the USA movie "The Last Hit," "Touched by an Angel," "Sometimes They Come Back," "Bridesmaids," "Lace" and "Lace 2" on CBS.
In addition to her acting skills, Adams has recently branched out into directing with the play "Two Faced," which she also co-wrote.
