Experts wanted
Since the creators of these pages don't know everything
about the capabilities of the A\Box, we want YOU to give us more info.
Do you think you can support our page with information, contact us NOW!
You could be set in charge of explaining areas in which
you have expert knowledge, or just send us some more info on a subject.
If you send information, please let us know exactly where you want this
information to be placed.
The areas that we need more info about is:
- DTP
Flickerfree scrolling, screens with 24-bit display - containing
video-data in RGB, CMYK and YUV formats. With Quark Express or at least
some other DTP package with the same level of power, the A\Box would be
great at DTP. But we want more info about these possibilities for the A\Box
!
- Professional Web-editing
Are you a professional web-designer? Do you mean that it takes
more than good software to make great web-pages? Let us know if you think
the A\Box can make the difference!
- Making professional computer games / demos.
Running games under Win95 is a pain-in-the-ass,
wouldn't you agree? The Amiga platform is known to be wonderful for programmers.
Will the A\Box offer the same thing? Could the A\Box run the high-demanding
games that is released for the PC, Playstation and N64 today? And will
there be a market for games on the A\Box?
- The TV/Film industries use of computers.
The Amiga is still used for professional video
and multimedia presentations. Will the A\Box take over this market? And
will it be able to take over parts of the market where other platforms
are used? I don't know, do you? Then mail us!
- Professional 3D models and raytracing
The PowerPC CPU, and the multiprocessing capabilities, can turn
the A\Box into a powerful rendering beast. Exactly what the Lightwavians
and the 3Dstudio freaks need ! But we want more info than "This
computer is good with 3Dstuff".... Feel wise?
