M-Quality
M-Quality consists of three major areas of activity:
planning for excellence, quality improvement teams and
quality in daily activities. These activities are supported
by the fundamental principle of pursuing continuous
improvement, which in turn, has three supporting
principles, including respecting people and ideas, managing
by fact and satisfying those the University serves. This
resource provides information about the M-Quality teams,
it's resources, articles about M-Quality that have
appeared in the University Record and classes offered on
M-Quality.

from the M-Quality team.
