Corporate Software Merges with R.R. Donnelley Business Unit to form Stream International, Inc. The new organization -- with combined annual revenue of more than $1.3 billion -- becomes the world's largest manufacturer and reseller of computer software and services.

The new company will substantially reduce the time and cost of delivering and integrating multiple vendors' software products to corporate customers throughout the world. As a result of the merger, Stream brings corporate users and software publishers closer together, changing the way software is distributed and supported.
