[Prairienet: Public Access Community Computing]

Welcome to Prairienet! Prairienet is a community service of the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, providing public-access community computing to the residents of Illinois. Prairienet is a volunteer organization funded by member donations.

Prairienet is accessible via modem or via telnet to prairienet.org. Login as 'visitor', no password needed.
Prairienet's Gopher server is gopher.prairienet.org.
