New and Changes Services.

The server and cache software has been changed.

The link to UK weather has been moved to point at a image that is easier for me to keep up to date.

This Archive.

This archive has a heirarchal layout loosely based on the Usenet news layout. This works well for browsers but does lead to deep pathnames. To help avoid this see the packages collection of shortcuts to commonly referenced packages.

Here are some general instructions, mostly aimed at FTP users, that may be useful to browse. README, README.layout and README.uploads

A recursive directory listing of the entire contents of the archive can be found is available. But be warned that it is over 25 Megabytes in size. The standard ls-lR output also a "normalised" output for easier automatic processing.
