Direct Marketing World is the electronic directory of the direct marketing industry.

The directory will contain information on all categories of direct marketing businesses and services, as well as full page 'datacards' or information sheets on thousands of mailing lists.

Unlike expensive print directories, this information will be freely available to all the estimated 20 million users of the internet. And we will include an Online Direct Marketing Booklet about direct marketing with a glossary of terms and other useful information that should be helpful to industry professionals and non-professionals alike.

Those companies that list in the directory will be able to update their information instantly...

Also, unlike a static print directory, we see Direct Marketing World as a vibrant center for sharing up to date information about all aspects of the industry.

DM World will include a current 'jobs offered' and 'jobs wanted' section where companies can see full resumes of prospective employees, and individuals seeking positions can see detailed information about what is available.

We welcome e-mail submissions about topics of interest that we can include in the 'Magazine' section of the directory.

To add your company to the DM World directory:

• review the standard service agreement
• download the order form and service agreement and return to us by mail or fax

  or

• simply e-mail us a request for copies of the service agreement and order form
• submit your full page promotional materials describing the services your company provides (and datacards if you are a list manager) by e-mail or on diskette (ASCII text format, please!)

• be sure to indicate what categories you want your business to be listed under. If you don't see the right category in our list, let us know...we'll create it for you.

• your full page ad will be linked by 'hypertext' to your company name.

  Your company name will appear in the index page for each industry category that you have asked to be listed in.

  For example: if you are a list broker, your name will appear in both the alphabetical list of List Brokers and in the geographical list of List Brokers.

  People can click on your name and be instantly taken to your full page ad.

  If you are a List Manager users of the system will be able to go from your full page ad to an index page of your lists, sorted by category.

  From there they can choose any particular list and go to the full page datacard.

  you will be billed for the appropriate set up fees ($50.00 account set up fee, $2.00 per datacard set up fee) and then monthly for $18.00.
