The Biologic Fluid Dynamics Group is interested in applying Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to understand the flow found in the airways and the in the vascular system. Potential benefits of this research involve gene replacement therapy for cystic fibrosis, asthma medication delivery and understanding the effects of pollutant exposure
Documents are available for the following topics.
Information regarding airflow and vascular flow dynamics.
Information on chaotic and nonlinear biologic processes.
