ESTO Strategy The strategic thrust of ESTO is electronic systems technology for smaller, lighter, and more mobile information systems. ESTO pursues fundamental change by investing across the full maturity range from basic research in key sciences and technologies to selected technology insertions into existing military platforms. ESTO seeks both technology products (displays, packages, actuators, and analog integrated circuits) and processes (manufacturing, prototyping, infrastructure and computer-aided design).
