Tahoe is living up to its reputation as a year-round playground this year. The sun is out and the beaches are warm, but there's still snow on the mountains. Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows have both announced they will be open for skiing until July 4, so check out the sun and snow. It's been a record-breaking winter, and the lake is rising to new heights, just in time for summer fun. The Truckee River is also flowing, so look for a good rafting season.
