in sculpture, writing and architecture their gods, in an orderly

Overview of the Multicultural Cosmology World Wide Web Page
Welcome to the Pomona College Cosmology Computer Arcturus, a
Macintosh Quadra 840AV running Mac OS. On this site the ID 1 class
will assemble a unique academic resource, which will include
detailed reports on the nature of six different societies, and their
cosmology. The societies covered include the major cultures of the
Western hemisphere, including three separate units on Native
American cultures from Alaska, the Plains, and the Southwest USA,
as well as information on the Mayans, Aztecs, and Incas.
Reports on the Major Ancient American Cultures
For each of the cultures below, the ID1 Course of Dr. Penprase prepared essays and provided images to create this resource center on ancient cultures. The essays and images were gathered together and reformatted into HTML to allow for WWW access. The project was part of a collaborative writing assignment on ancient cultures.
Sample Preliminary Documents
During the next week, we will assemble the documents needed to construct our home page as part of an assigment of the ID 1 class. Here are some preliminary documents submitted so far.
