NTIC Gopher Server : We use a DEC VAX 6610 (32 MIPS VUP) CPU 128MB Memory 4 GB Hard Disk as our VMS Gopher servers.

Setup on 12st Nov,1993

(3) World Wide Web(W3) Server :

NTIC NCSA httpd Server : We use a DEC Alpha AXP 3400 OSF/1 64MB Memory 2GB Hard Disk as our WWW server.

Setup on 12st Mar,1994

(4) Other known WWW(W3) servers on TANet :

There are still other WWW servers existing on TANet, such as www.ccu.edu.tw (中正大學) , www.csie.nctu.edu.tw (交通大學) and www.nsysu.edu.tw (中山大學) and Others, of course the first WWW site in Taiwan, peacock.tnjc.edu.tw (東南工專)
