The Waikato laboratory in New Zealand is a national radiocarbon facility. We are an independent department within the School of Science and Technology. For more than 10 years we have been providing radiocarbon assays for scientists and researchers in New Zealand, Australia, North America, Japan and Europe. We guarantee:

Prehistorians will be interested in our New Zealand archaeological radiocarbon database. This lists all radiocarbon dates from New Zealand archaeological sites measured at this facility. (The dates come only from submitters who have given their written consent).
