The mission of the Help Desk is to provide clients with a single point of contact within Computer Services. The Help Desk provides general system information, responds to requests on procedural matters, logs problems, and has responsibility for problem resolution. The Help Desk is dedicated to representing clients and assures them that someone is listening and concerned about them.
