Taekwondo (TKD) is a Korean martial art which originated during the Silla Dynasty several thousand years ago. Today, TKD, which has become an Olympic event, has about 15 million practitioners worldwide. Taekwondo is developing quickly also in Norway.

NTHI Tae Kwon-Do was founded in the spring of 1992 and counts approx. 50 active martial artists. We exercise a traditional form of Taekwondo, emphasizing many aspects of this diverse art:

• Basic techniques
• Hyong (Pattern)
• Self defence
• Sparring
• Mental training
