Southern California Real-time Traffic Report

The Southern California Area Traffic Report is an experimental public service and joint effort between Maxwell Laboratories and Caltrans, the California State Department of Transportation to provide real-time freeway traffic information to homeward bound commuters into their offices via the Internet.

Freeway speeds are available for San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Incident reports, construction closures, and flow rates are available for San Diego County. General road conditions for the entire state are also available.
