Netscape has teamed with Sun to license the Java programming language in Netscape Navigator and accelerate the development of networked, cross-platform applets. But when will they implement VRML? Enterprise Internet Services announce their WWW authoring and programming associates.

Netscape list some useful resources. Netscape Navigator supports many extensions to HTML, including tables, backgrounds, and dynamic updating to documents - three important extensions that are being proposed for inclusion in HTML 3.0. The World Wide Web Consortium promotes the Web by producing specifications and reference software. Yahoo: World-Wide Web is an excellent web developer's resource directory, though with less entries and annotation than here. And if you are still searching, try Lycos, unless you are looking for consultants or employees.
