Erasure Welcome

every piece of mail, I may not respond or it may take me a long time
to respond. Also, if you e-mail me with a contribution to the site, I'm more
likely to e-mail you back. I like suggestions and compliments (even
criticisms), but help is better! Note: considering the recent
Unisys GIF mess as well as the fact that JPEG is simply a better format, in-line
images on these pages will be slowly migrating to JPEG. Be sure your browser
is up to date.
Tour Information
- Speculation about Erasure touring again is dwindling. Their last
major tour was in 1992. It's likely that if they do decide to tour it won't be
'til late 1995 at the earliest. Thanks to people from the Mailing List for info.
1995 Album Information
- Erasure is currently (April) three months into production of a new
full-length album for Fall release this year (1995). According to Vince, it's
"a concept album" and will consist of probably 7 or 8 songs with "long
instrumental sections... and a pretentious cinematic-like atmosphere". Thanks
goes to people from the Mailing List for info.

files. Note, this is by no means meant to be a a complete listing.
- Comprehensive listing of everything Erasure's ever done (sans lyrics). Note, this is not maintained by me and is in text format.

Videos
- This area is under construction. I've been trying to Quicktime-ify Chains of
Love from the pop! VHS tape. It's either pretty big, even after lots of
compression, or it's small but looks and/or sounds really bad. I'm not sure where all this will go. Please be aware that I'm not going to release any version
of this 'til I get it to the point where I want it (about 5 MB with decent
quality) -- that is to say that I won't e-mail it, put it up for a few days, or
put it on an FTP site. After I get it working with Quicktime, I'll make an MPG
out of it as well.
-
- This FTP site contains lots of music archives -- including Erasure stuff. Sources for much of what is in this Web hierarchy are there. Be warned: this FTP site is extremely busy, and you may not be able to connect.
