Information about the School
The School of Mathematics at Leeds University is one of the
largest and most active in the country. The School has a
high reputation for research both nationally and internationally
in all three disciplines:

We maintain close research links with other departments both
directly and through the University's Centre for Theoretical
Computer Studies, the Centre for Nonlinear Studies, the Centre
for Computational Fluid Mechanics, the Centre for Biomechanical
and Medical Engineering and the Centre of Medical
Imaging Research (CoMIR). In addition, there is direct research
collaboration with parts of industry.
