Welcome to the World Wide Web Home Page for the National Press Club, a professional and social organization for journalists, and one of Washington D.C.'s most prestigious institutions. Since 1908, National Press Club (NPC) facilities have been used by leading newsmakers to make comments on issues of the day. The Club also is home of the Eric Friedheim Library and News Information Center, a research facility that offers research services and training for members of the press in the Washington, D.C. area.
