We are a research group headed by Professor David Tennenhouse at the MIT Laboratory for Computer Science. We study topics in distributed multimedia systems: host interfaces for high speed networks, toolkits for real-time data, visual programming environments, information extraction from video, flexible video models and protocols, networked multimedia peripherals, and ATM network striping.
