There are two versions of the Political Science Homepage. The first has numerous graphics, which will slow down your session, but will look nice! The full-graphics version is suitable for fast machines with direct internet access. The second version has only text, and is thus much faster than the full-graphics version; choose this option if you want or need a faster session, (if you are using a text-based client, for instance).
