The Continuous Quality Improvement Program in the College of Engineering at Clemson University is an integrated effort of faculty, staff, students, and administration in applying the principles of quality management and continuous improvement in everything we do. The program was initiated by Dean Thomas M. Keinath in 1993, and is being coordinated by Dr. D. L. Kimbler, P.E., professor of industrial engineering.

This page is under construction, and new things will be added as they are developed. We hope to keep it dynamic but not out of control. You can look at descriptions of current and completed projects here. You can also find files of local interest, selected files on quality management from the TQM BBS including the TQMBBS software, and public domain and shareware software for quality. We are pleased to be a part of the Community Quality Council (CQEN) movement, as well as a supporting site for the Deming Electronic Network (DEN). A distributed information system involving BBS access by modem, electronic mail, and file archiving is presently under development for both of these quality networks.
