These displays are provided as functional replacements for flight qualified displays in simulation and training environments. They can also be driven by graphics workstations for simulating airborne electronics that do not exist or that are prohibitively expensive. These displays are being used in operational flight trainers, maintenance procedure trainers, cockpit procedure trainers, and instructor/operator stations.
