Conceptual gun mount structure to support a 155mm howitzer cannon.
This gun mount would sit in a self-propelled howitzer vehicle (the
cannon itself and the Turret base with elevating cylinders are also
depicted). Cut-outs are used to show hidden parts of the structure.
The design was optimized using Pro/Engineer for the solid geometry
and RASNA's mechanics for structural analysis to minimize size and
weight.
