We hope to provide additional support to our customers (particularly customers of our Internet Suite product who naturally have access to the Internet, and hence this site), through the use of these pages.
Eventually we'll be putting up deails of development schedules, and current "ToDo" lists of known bugs for products currently in beta test stage.
If you are reporting a fault with one of products, we strongly advise you to use our standarised fault report form, and email it to us at Technical Support. This allows us to ensure that the fault gets entered into our fault database, and then promptly acted upon. Please use a separate copy of the form for each separate fault, and give as much detail as possible.
If you have suggestions ("WishList items") about any of our products, we are happy to receive these in free-format email to Technical Support.
Internet Suite Announcements

This mailing list is for owners of the ANT Internet Suite package, and informs them whenever new upgrades are available, workarounds for major bugs, etc. If you supplied us with your email address when ordering the Internet Suite beta, then you should already be on this mailing list.
If you'd like to join, check that you're already on the list, or change the address to which you are sent announce mail, then please email your preferred address, along with your Internet Suite serial number to Technical Support.
In the near future, we hope to introduce an open mailing list for discussion between our Internet Suite customers, to exchange ideas, hints on usage, etc.
If you already own a copy of the Internet Suite, but require upgrades to be sent by email or postal mail, then please contact ANT Technical Support.
