FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION AT ORACLE
Are critical to the growth of Oracle and play important roles in building an
infrastructure to support the worldwide operations of a $3 billion company.
They initiate procedures that enhance Oracle's development as a company. This
area includes positions in Administration,
Finance,
Human Resources and Legal.
Are responsible for managing the day to day functions of a group. These
responsibilities include coordinating meetings and schedules, managing expense
reporting and department purchasing, planning department activities and
events, preparing presentation materials and general office responsibilities.
Available Positions:
Currently there are available positions in Administration. These positions
are of all levels and in the following areas: consulting, customer support,
education, government affairs, marketing, product development, and sales.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative position;
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office software: Microsoft Word,
Excel and Powerpoint;
Good problem solving skills;
Able to work in a high pressure and challenging environment;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Eagerness to excel and be part of a dynamic team;
B.S. or B.A. degree
Perform critical functions of product line reporting and analysis, annual
budgets and forecasts, and margin analysis.
Available Positions:
Currently there are available positions in Finance of all levels. These
positions include Controllers, Finance Managers and Financial Analysts.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of three years work experience in finance;
- Strong knowledge of the software industry and product line analysis;
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials or accounting software packages;
- Able to work in a challenging environment under strict deadlines;
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal;
- B.S. degree in Business or Accounting and a M.B.A.
Are responsible for delivering human resource services to Oracle divisions
of 300
to 600 employees. These services include handling all new hires, employee
relations, staffing consulting and training on HR policies and procedures.

Currently there are available Human Resources positions.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Minimum of three years work experience as a Human Resource generalist;
Experience working in performance management, compensation and strategic
planning;
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
Able to work in a high pressure and challenging environment;
Knowledge of the software industry;
B.S. or B.A. degree
Manage Oracle's intellectual property and licensing, corporate litigation, and
Oracle's trademark portfolio.
Available Positions:
Currently there are available positions in Legal, including Corporate Counsel
positions.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of four years work experience in the legal field;
- Expertise in property and licensing and knowledge of the software industry;
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal;
- B.S. or B.A. degree and a J.D.
