A UNIQUE AUDIO CASSETTE TAPE OFFER

The Central Indiana Council of Orthodox Churches has created a professionally produced tape recording of the Divine Liturgy of Saint Basil on the occasion of its second annual Sunday of Orthodoxy combined liturgy. The choir singers are members the several participating parishes.

The hymns are from various national origins and are all rendered in English. This tape recording has been very well received by our parishioners in Central Indiana and we would now like to make it available to a wider audience. We are very pleased with the recording and believe that this unique offering will be equally well-loved by Orthodox Christians everywhere. The cover art and packaging are also attractive and of high quality making this item a great gift for many occasions.

The council was originally formed in 1957. It includes all the clergy and three lay delegates from each member parish.

The aims of the council shall be:

To the greater glory and Honor of our Lord God, Jesus Christ, and instilling of the principles and precepts of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Christian Church among her members.

To teach and inform the Orthodox as well as non-Orthodox about the dogmas and traditions and to promote greater interest and concern of our people for the Orthodox Church.

To promote a spirit of fellowship among the Orthodox faithful by sponsoring spiritual, educational, and social programs.
