Audience Services' mission is to provide services that increase NPR's listenership, enhance NPR's image, and fulfill NPR's vision.

We are here to answer listener questions about NPR programming, and to take orders for tapes and transcripts of NPR shows.

Tapes and transcripts are sent via 1st Class mail. Transcripts can also be sent via fax or e-mail (we don't take requests via e-mail, however), within 24 hours. We accept VISA, MasterCard, checks, money orders and cash. Here is the list of what is avail able, and the prices.

Fresh Air sells their own tapes, as does the PRI program Marketplace. Some Horizons programs are available, but due to copyright restrictions, many are not. Performance Today, and other performance specials are unavailable for the same reason.
