Hittin' the Note Issue #13 has been mailed and received by a number of you already. It's 43 pages long and full of great pictures and articles. Remember that cute little kid on the front cover of Brothers and Sisters? That's Butch's son, Vaylor, and he ain't so little anymore. Stop by and say hi, Vaylor has a quick wit, is a great guitarist who jammed with the Brothers last summer at the incredible Louisville show, and is a wonderful friend of the ABB online family.

The Allman Brothers closed the Fillmore East in 1971 with a concert that lasted until dawn. Thanks to Hittin' the Note for letting us reprint The Night They Closed the Fillmore Down, with additional sound clips and pictures!
