The Quality Forum XI

Sponsored in part by Motorola, the American Society for Quality Control presents this symposium and satellite broadcast on October 26.

"Quality Happens Through People" is this year's theme, and Motorola CEO Gary L. Tooker will present the keynote address. He will speak on leadership and empowerment: "Empowered people whose skills are continuously renewed through life-long learning, are the only real source of total quality."

There will also be a presentation by one of Motorola's Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) teams, showing empowerment in action.

Advanced Radiodata Research Center

ARRC is an initiative of Motorola and the Canadian Federal Government to provide funding and support to Canadian software developers and universities, for research in wireless data technology.
