PROPOSED BYLAWS OF THE FACULTY GROUP PRACTICE

I would like you to review the proposed bylaws and share your views with your chair, Medical School Executive Committee members and/or MSPEC members. The bylaws will be presented at a joint MSPAC/MSPEC meeting to occur on the evening of February 27, 1996. The bylaws will then be presented to the Medical School Executive Committee on February 29, 1996. Once approved by the Medical School Executive Committee, the bylaws will be presented for Regents' consideration. Giles Bole, MD
