The Learning Resource Center (LRC) is a computer and multimedia instructional facility for the medical campus of the University of Michigan. The LRC facilities and services incorporate the latest instructional technology to provide health science computer and audiovisual materials for individual and group utilization. LRC facilities and services are available for use by the faculty, staff, and students of the U of M Medical Campus and allied health schools. Staff members are available to provide information regarding curricular applications of computer resources, room reservations, and equipment utilization.
The LRC houses Macintosh and IBM compatible computers, instructional models, simulators, and medical instruments. A library of computer and audiovisual programs relevant to first through fourth year medical, first year pharmacy, dental, and allied health students is always available at the circulation desks. Computers are also available in the hospitals for use by staff and students.
The LRC is located on the 3rd floor of the Taubman Medical Library, 1135 E. Catherine Street. LRC Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:00 am to Midnight Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday: CLOSED Sunday: 2:00 pm to MidnightContact LRC personnel for services or more information.

The Learning Resource Center (LRC) exists to serve the University of Michigan Medical Center faculty, students and staff with their instructional resource needs. This mission encompasses the provision of services, facilities, and equipment to optimize the users' efficiency and effectiveness in the classroom or other teaching arenas. To the extent that users' needs are met, within managerial guidelines and available resources, the Center is successful and therefore will in return benefit maximally.
