First, please review our rates. The easiest, fastest, and most cost-effective way to signup is to do so right now, online. This requires a credit card, not only to signup but also for monthly payments. If you prefer to pay monthly by check, we require a $50 deposit in order to open your account. This deposit is returned to you at the time you close your account (less any outstanding charges, if any). In that case, we must receive from you a $50 check with a completed application form in the mail. Your account will be set up within a few business days of us receiving your check.
