My name is Heng Seng Cheng and I am a postgraduate student at the
Department of Engineering
at
University of Aberdeen,
United Kingdom.
I graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 1994 with a B.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Currently, I am studying for a PhD with the
Electronics Research Group.
Research
My primary area of research is
ATM is an acronym for Asynchronous Transfer Mode, a communication protocol that is designed to integrate voice, video and data traffic. It has also been designated by ITU (International Telecommunication Union) to be
the transfer mode of the B-ISDN (Broadband Integrated Service Digital Network).
