New Infobot installed in production! The Infobot is the back-end program that handles all of your Product Access requests such as registration, searching, and report fabrication. Significant improvements have been made to enhance the performance and reliability of our system.

Our new and improved home page makes use of HTML 3.0 extensions which are not supported by all browsers. If you are having a problem viewing this page, you can download the Netscape Navigator for free!

The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation has completely restyled its site and included links to all other D&B subsidiaries around the world. Check it out!

The Business Background Report is now available for purchase via this WWW site (bells and whistles can be heard here). All users who have previously visited this site should clear any local caches their browsers may be maintaining. Also, since the address validation portion of the service has been turned on, you will need to re-register with your credit card billing address. Thanks to all who participated in the beta test and the great comments y'all provided.
